On 26th August, 2022 a guest lecture on “The Role of Angel Investors in the Start-up Development” was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell & Institution’s Innovation Council in association with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at 02:00 pm to 03.00 pm. Mr.S.M.Sunder Rajan, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, FXEC was the resource person. The program was held via offline mode. Dr.R.K.A.Bhalaji, IIC Innovation Ambassador, AP/Mech coordinated the program and gave welcome address.

The resource person also explained the process of creating the startups and the government support available for the creation of the startups. He cited few examples for the funding support available for creating the startups like Statup India, Startup TN and the MSME support to the startups. Student raised few questions about the angel investors and the startup funding available for the entrepreneurs in their early stage. 30 students attended the guest lecture program very actively.
