On 3rd March 2021 the one day workshop on Essentials on Cyber Security was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Business Systems. The program was started with prayer by Ms. Macrin of first year CSBS. The welcome address was given by Dr. M. Asha Paul, AP/CSBS. Then the workshop was conducted by the recourse person Dr. R. Ravi, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, FXEC. Through this workshop the students Understand security controls for networks, servers and applications. They understand valuable security principals and Implement proper procedures for data confidentiality and availability and they also they know critical thinking and problem-solving skills using real equipment and Cisco Packet Tracer. Finally vote of thanks was given by Dr.S. Gomathi, HOD/CSBS.
