MOTIVATIONAL SESSION BY SUCCESSFUL START-UP FOUNDER

On 13.09.2023 a Motivational session on " Successful Start-up Founder" was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of Computer Science and Business Systems. The session was handled by Mr. A.Muthuraman, Founder and CEO Kasadara Tech and Reality Studio from 01.30 PM - 04.30 PM. 39 students and 2 faculties participated. This event was coordinated by A.Arthy AP/CSBS.

The program started with the welcome address by Ms.A.Arthy, AP/CSBS Francis Xavier Engineering College. She said entrepreneurship, startup, innovation and Intellectual Property rights are the major themes on which the IIC is organizing the activities to the students. She introduced the guest speaker Mr. A.Muthuraman, Founder and CEO Kasadara Tech and Reality Studio. The guest speaker started the speech by sharing his personal journey, highlighting the challenges, setbacks, and triumphs encountered along the way which served as a reminder that success often arises from perseverance and the willingness to learn from failures.

He also shared his remarkable journey from humble beginnings to entrepreneurial success, emphasizing the importance of determination, resilience, and innovation. The students were attracted by his personal experiences, which highlighted the difficulties encountered and overcome in the ever-changing world of entrepreneurship. The speaker’s passion and persistent belief in his mission inspired every student to follow their own dreams and aspirations with fresh zeal. He also shared the inspiring story of how his start-up was born out from a simple idea and a passion for Industry. He highlighted the crucial role of a strong and dedicated team in the success of any start-up. The session was an interactive one the students had the opportunity to ask questions. This session served as a testament to the limitless possibilities that lie ahead for those who dare to dream and work tirelessly to turn those dreams into reality.
