INDUCTION INAUGURATION PROGRAM OF MBA & MCA

The Department of Management Studies and Master of Computer Application of FXEC organized an Induction Inauguration Programme for the MBA and MCA students of batch 2023 - 2025 on 8th Sep 2023 at MBA Seminar Hall (Ground Floor). Mrs. Augusti Marys Priyadarshini, Correspondent, SCAD Group of Schools presided over the function in the august presence of Dr. P. Jeyakumar, General Manager Development, SCAD Group of Institutions, Dr. V. Velmurugan, Principal, FXEC, Dr. M. Mohamed Sathik, Director-Placement, SCAD Group of Institutions and Dr. L. R. Priya, Professor Academics, FXEC. Mrs. Gomathi Paliath, Entrepreneur, Founder, Geetanjali Organic Farm was the honorable chief guest who graced the ceremony. The program started with the prayer song followed by a welcome address by Mrs. D. Angelin Ranjithamani, HOD/MCA. Dr. V. Velmurugan, Principal, FXEC delivered the felicitation address and briefed about the college and its achievements and also stressed the role FRANCIS XAVIER of Post Graduates have in shaping future India. Dr. M. Mohamed Sathik motivated the students with the stories of real time achievers who achieved their goal in their life and assured the students that if they work hard they will definitely get 100% placement in FXEC. Dr. P. Jeyakumar, General Manager Development, suggested three books and asked the students to divide their two years of PG into 10 + 10 months and first 10 months to learn and next 10 months for “Earn While You Learn”. He also said that students should think and react to achieve their dreams. Dr. L. R. Priya, Professor Academics, insisted students to work hard and to focus on Multi Discipline learning and further added that students should create good networks. In the Presidential address, Mrs. Augusti Marys Priyadarshini, Correspondent, SCAD Group of Schools, asked the students to inculcate the virtue of being patient by changing their attitude which will determine their growth. She also emphasized that the Post graduates should have random groups in doing their projects in learning rather than friends groups and that will help them in building confidence to face their future. Ms. M. Kanagalakshmi, II MBA introduced the chief guest. The Chief Guest, Mrs. Gomathi Paliath, in her address shared her life experience of buying TVS to owning BMW at present and explained about the SPCA (Society for the prevention of cruelty to animals) in detail. She also asked the students to use mobile phones intellectually and stressed the importance of leadership, dedication and involvement in the job to become a successful person in their profession.
