Inauguration of Dawn’22

DAWN is a name given to the student’s association of MCA Department. The DAWN was created mainly for the extended activities of MCA students in Francis Xavier Engineering College. To encourage and entertain the student community, DAWN association joined its hand with management of Francis Xavier Engineering College by providing chance to conduct and attend the competitions, workshops, seminars, skill trainings, club activities, placement activities and symposiums etc…The Inauguration of DAWN Association was successfully organized by the Department of MCA.

The event has started devotionally with the prayer song by MCA Choir Students. Ms. J. Brindha Sugirthamani of final year MCA welcomed the gathering. The Chief Guest for the Inauguration is Ms. Chithra Kaviarasan, 2016 Batch Alumna, Software Engineer, Accenture Solution Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore. Dr. M. Mohammed Sathik, Director, School of Computer Studies, SCAD Group presided over the function as a Guest of Honor. Office bearers was introduced by Mrs. D. Angeline Ranjithamani,HOD/MCA. The dignitaries on the Dias along with the office barriers has lighted the lamp and inaugurated the ceremony. Ms. Abinaya Sangeetha, Final year MCA, Introduced the Chief Guest. The Guest of Honor Dr. Mohammed Sathik has delivered the Presidential address and emphasized the importance of utilizing resources available in the campus and honored the chief guest with a memento Ms. C. Pavithra of second year MCA has delivered the Achievement of DAWN’21 The DAWN show has launched by the final year students. Ms. Chithra Kaviarasan addressed the gathering with her innovative ideas about Communication Skills, Skill development and choosing a company. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Madhu Sudha of first year MCA.
