Inauguration of Association - ITCIANS

The Inauguration of the Association ITCIANS took place on 20-09-2023 at APJ Block III floor Seminar Hall at 11.00AM. The purpose of the event was to mark the beginning of ITCIAN, bringing together members and esteemed guests to celebrate this significant milestone.

The event commenced with a solemn prayer led by Ms.Reshma of IV IT, emphasizing unity, gratitude, and seeking divine blessings for the journey ahead. The prayer created a serene atmosphere, setting a positive tone for the event.

Following the prayer, a prayer song was performed, serving as an expression of faith and bringing a sense of reverence to the gathering. The song chosen was sung by IT Choir. The beautiful melody and meaningful lyrics resonated with the audience, further enhancing the spiritual ambiance.

Ms.Nivedhitha.J of IV IT the Secretary of ITCIANS, delivered a warm and heartfelt welcome address. The welcome address acknowledged all the distinguished guests, members, and participants present at the event. It expressed gratitude for their support and highlighted the significance of this inauguration.

The event commenced with a powerful presidential address by Dr.V.Velmurugan, Principal, FXEC. The address highlighted the significance of the association's formation and outlined its goals and objectives. He expressed deep gratitude to all members and supporters for their unwavering dedication and expressed confidence in achieving success together. The presidential address set the tone for an inspiring and productive event.

Following the presidential address, the event proceeded with the introduction of the association's office bearers by Ms. Jean Celia Grace, AP/IT. The emcee introduced each office bearer, mentioning their roles and responsibilities within the organization. As each office bearer was introduced, they were applauded for their commitment and leadership.

At this juncture, a note was provided about an upcoming event or initiative that the association planned to undertake. This note highlighted the importance and relevance of the event, generating anticipation among the attendees and fostering engagement for future activities. It encouraged participation and support from the association's members and attendees.

Next, the event moved forward with the introduction of the esteemed chief guest for the occasion Mr.Jegathesan Sankar, Lead –Engineering, Zoho Chennai. Their name, title, and notable achievements were shared, underscoring their expertise and influence in the relevant industry or field. The introduction created an air of excitement and admiration among the attendees.

The chief guest then took the stage and delivered a captivating address. He spoke about the significance of the association's mission and expressed support for its endeavours. He addressed about the recent trends in networking and informed the students to prepare well to face the competitive environment. Their address offered valuable insights, inspiration, and words of encouragement to the association's members, highlighting opportunities and potential collaborations. The chief guest's address left a lasting impact on the attendees, sparking enthusiasm and motivation to further the association's goals.

The Chief guest and the Principal honoured the Academic topers of the End Semester Examinations held during the month of April/May 2023.

The Inauguration Association Event concluded on a vote of thanks by Ms.Shadha Baseer Hameed of II IT, with attendees feeling excited and inspired about the future of the association. The event succeeded in bringing together diverse stakeholders with a shared vision, fostering a sense of unity and purpose.
