On 31.01.2024 a Workshop on "Startup Sprint: Igniting Business Brilliance" was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of Information Technology. The session was handled by Dr.Vinukumar Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Francis Xavier Engineering College, Tirunelveli from 2.00 PM-4.00 PM . 39 students and 2 faculties participated. This event was coordinated by Ms. R Shirly Myrtle AP/IT.

The Guest speaker Dr Vinukumar set the stage with a compelling narrative on the power of innovation in driving business success. He delved into the heart of entrepreneurship, emphasizing the importance of vision, perseverance, and the willingness to embrace failure as a stepping stone to greatness. He discussed the critical role of customer-centric thinking and explored the concept of building a product or service not just with the customer in mind but with the customer at the center of every decision.

His message was clear: understanding and solving real customer problems is the cornerstone of business brilliance. The conversation then shifted towards the technological front, he highlighted how emerging technologies can be leveraged to disrupt traditional industries. He provided a fascinating overview of how artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other digital innovations are shaping the future of business. He challenged attendees to think beyond profits and consider how their ventures could address societal issues "Startup Sprint: Igniting Business Brilliance" was an invigorating event. His talks were not just lectures but conversations that sparked ideas, ignited passions, and encouraged the next generation of entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams with conviction and courage.
