Guest Lecture on “Research Paradigm”

With the motive to develop the research skills among the faculty members, a guest lecture has been organized on behalf of DAWN Association. Dr.(Mrs). S. Princy Suganthi Bai consented to be the resource person, and she has delivered the lecture on the topic “Research Paradigm” on 29.03.2023. A paradigm investigates how knowledge is understood and researched, and it explicitly outlines the objective, motivation, and expected outcomes of the research. The proper implementation of a research paradigm in research provides researchers with a clear path to examine the topic of interest. The lecture started with the prayer by Ms. G. Durgaveni,AP/MCA followed by the welcome address by Ms. Abinaya Sangeetha of final year MCA. The resource person was introduced by Mrs. D. Angeline Ranjithamani,HOD/MCA. The resource person in her speech, stresses the importance of the Research and publications. Scopus publication’s benefits was narrated by her in a meticulous way. Nearly 40+ faculties from Arts and Science Colleges in and around Tirunelveli attended the Guest lecture and found it very beneficial for their career growth. Lecture ended with the vote of thanks by Ms. Brindha Sugirthamani of final year MCA.
