FXEC-18th Convocation - Registration Form (Register on or before 26-09-2022)

The 18th Convocation of Francis Xavier Engineering College is scheduled on 8th October 2022 @ 3.30pm.

Students eligible to register for the convocation: UG Batches 2015 - 2019 , 2016 - 2020 & 2017 - 2021 & PG batches of 2019, 2020, 2021.

The UG students registering for the Convocation must fulfill the below criteria:

Joined in 2015 and should have received the degree in April 2019. Students who cleared the papers through the exams conducted in the consecutive semesters after April 2019 are not eligible to attend the Convocation.

Joined in 2016 and cleared all the courses prescribed through the exams conducted in Feb-March 2021 due to Covid-19 and should have completed the degree within the stipulated period of 4 years. Students who cleared the papers through the exams conducted in the consecutive semesters after Feb - Mar 2021 are not eligible to attend the Convocation.

Joined in 2017 and should have received the degree in April 2021 with no arrears. Students who cleared the papers through the exams conducted in the consecutive semesters after April 2021 are not eligible to attend the Convocation.

The students under the above criteria, who have received their Degree Certificate from the college office are also eligible to attend the Ceremony. However, such students must bring the Degree Certificate with them on 8th October 2022 when they come for the ceremony.

All the passed out graduands of Postgraduate Programmes (M.E/M.Tech/MBA/MCA) who received their degree in 2019, 2020, 2021 (as per the duration of the Programmes - All PG 2 Years / MCA 3 years) are eligible to attend the Convocation. However, the students who cleared the papers through the exams conducted in the consecutive semesters after the completion of the programme are not eligible to attend the Convocation.

Note:

Registration fee for convocation is Rs 1500/-

Those students who have paid Rs 1000/- at the time of receiving the Degree Certificates earlier from the college office shall pay Rs 500/- only.

In addition to the above, Rs 300/- need to be paid for Convocation Robe as a caution deposit while receiving the robe. Rs 200/- will be refunded on returning of the convocation robe after the convocation ceremony.

Graduands shall take 2 of their family members (Preferably Parents) along with them. Dinner will be served at the college.

The Graduands are asked to come in formal dress for the convocation ceremony.
