On 16.02.2024 a session on "Exploring Innovative Ideas in AI " was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IIC in association with the Department of AI&DS from 9.00AM –12.30PM. The session was handled by the Student Startup Founder, Mr.T.A.Gladston Akash Raja ,III AIDS Francis Xavier Engineering College. Sixty seven students from first year AI&DS and 1 faculty of AI&DS department participated in the program. The program was coordinated by Mrs.P.Sooriabrabha, Assistant Professor, Department of AI&DS.

The program started with the introduction of guest speaker Mr.T.A.Gladston Akash Raja ,III AIDS by Mrs.P.Sooriabrabha. The resource person explained the innovative ideas in AI and the innovative business ideas and opportunities available. He also addressed about the significance of AI in various fields by citing various examples. Exploring innovative ideas in AI involves a multifaceted approach that integrates cutting-edge research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Researchers are delving into areas such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative adversarial networks to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve. Moreover, the fusion of AI with other emerging technologies like blockchain, quantum computing, and biotechnology opens up new avenues for exploration. Ethical considerations, transparency, and responsible AI deployment are also at the forefront, driving discussions on fairness, accountability, and the societal impacts of AI systems. Collaborative efforts between academia, industry, and policymakers are essential to foster an ecosystem conducive to innovation, ensuring that AI continues to evolve in humanity while mitigating potential risks that benefit. Students interacted freely with the resource person and clarified all their doubts.
