A training on Introduction to Internet of Things was given on 07.01.2020 by Mr. A.Arul Amalraj for the I MCA students. Arduino tool kit parts are explained using online YouTube videos. Different types of sensors are shown (Moisture sensor, Obstacle sensor, Infrared sensor, Smoke sensor, Fire Sensor, LCD display unit, etc.). Arduino IDE installation and connecting the kit with computer using USB cable are demonstrated. Programming compiling, uploading and executing of the programme to see the result are explained. The students are able to program the Ardino-kit. Live examples are executed and the students are able to program on their own.
