The National Tourism Day is celebrated on 25th January every year. The aim of celebrating tourism day in the country is to educate people about the diversity of India. If we talk about National Tourism Day, there are heritage, religious places, nature, culture, rural, sports, and eco-tourism, etc. Everyone knows India is a country where people of different faith are quietly living and enjoying the democratic system. The tourism sector in India has a significant role in the economy of India.

The theme for National Tourism Day 2022 is yet to be announced. Last year theme was ‘Dekho Apna Desh’. However, the COVID-19 pandemic badly hits the tourism industry around the world. Hence, India also suffers huge losses in the tourism sector. A large population of India is directly or indirectly connected to this industry.
