Website Designing Using Wordpress and Wix

FXEC Department of Management Studies in association with Training and Skill Development organized mandatory skill training on Web Designing on 03-03-23 for I year MBA students from 9.00 am to 4.10 pm and the trainer of the event was Mrs J. Evangeline Kiruba, Assistant Professor MBA Department. The trainer explained WordPress as a content management system (CMS) that allows the hosting and building of websites. She further added that WordPress contains plugin architecture and a template system, so you can customize any website to fit your business, blog, portfolio, or online store. While talking about Wix, she said that it is a free, user-friendly, website-building platform. The intuitive technology and powerful built-in features give the users the freedom to design professional websites with ease that look amazing on any device. After the explanatory session, the students were asked to design a website using WordPress and Wix and the trainer evaluated their website design.
