Boot Camp on Data Analysis Tools

Ideation Lab organized a 4-day Special Initiative skill Boot Camp on Data Analysis Tools for II year students of FXEC from 13.02.2023 to 17.02.2023 under the activity code ACT/22-23/SK_AL_0010. Dr.T.C.Subbu Lakshmi, Associate Professor / IT Dept imparted the training. A total of 39 students from CSE, IT, CSBS and ECE attended the skill. On first day of the training, students were imparted training on the topics :EXCEL basics – Data Analysis Overview –Cleaning data – Text, Numbers – Date values - Working with Tables, Range names –sorting – filtering – Quick Analysis - Advanced Data Analysis – Look ups – Index- match – Pivot Tables – Data Validation – Data visualization with charts – pivot tables – Data consolidation and a test Project. Finally students took up the online assessment in the portal on Basic SQL and 30 students cleared the assessment and received the certificates. The students were also trained on front end design, Layout and Integration.
